You can capture
leads (the landing page). Your imagination is your only limit.
It's not about how.
You've probably seen the classic squeeze page model. Video,
Headline, a Few bullets and an optin box. Right?
There's some really
cool stuff going on out there. For instance check out what this guys is doing for a Facebook

And then you've probably seen the Jeff Walker Ever Green
"Full On Product Launch" sequence.
Many different models and many successful
one's.
There isn't a "right
one".
Become a student of what grabs your attention and what's
working in our world (Internet Marketing).
Anybody can get a New Prospect/Lead.
The traditional "Next Step" is to sell the lead
something.
KEY
POINT: This model is flawed and will not work in the near future.
We must use the "START" of the relationship with our new
potential customer as a platform to build a relationship.
Listen to What the "Mr. Fucking Superstar" Gary Vaynerchuk
has to say about this.
Your goal from now on is to
write to your customers in a way that is educational, entertaining, and contain logical steps "to do" within
each email and leads to the next email in the sequence.
If you were writing your best friend about your product or
service would you send them and email with 7 bullet points leading them to a sales
letter?
Nope...
You would tell them how you found it, why you think it's the
coolest thing ever, and "Give" them some key points they could use right now.
You'd then tell them you'll check in with them in a few days
and share some more and offer them the ability to contact you for more
information.
Nuturing, conversational,
informational...
Right now realize that we live in a time where
people are only going to respond to their "friends".
You better get started building that
relationship.
I fall victim to the Quick and Easy email as well. I also
write from the heart, add some story, and have a
conversation with my customers as well.
I can tell you that the latter ALWAYS wins. By
far!
We write (in our opinion & many customers) some of the
Best Free Content on the web.
We also get lazy sometimes.
Guess what? everytime we do our readership goes down and our
customers start looking somewhere else.
You and I can't afford
to do this anymore. There's always someone waiting around the corner, lurking, stalking, and
ready to pounce if we get "lazy".
As a matter of fact I'll share something with
you.
I'm sure you've heard the saying in the IM World that your
list should make you roughly $1 per customer.
I'm sure you've heard the rules about emailing too
much.

Last month I sent an offer to my tiny little list and my
friend sent one to his massiv list of more then 15,000 people.
I outsold him by two
fold.
Why? Cuz he sent a two sentence email to a "Dry" boring
sales letter.
I engaged you with a inforamtional and entertaining email
that lead to a Kick Ass sales letter.
I've taken the time to write 297 post, over 1,000 pages, of
quality content.
I admit my mistakes and try to make
right.
He has a help desk, doesn't know his customers, and because
his list is so big he has a "don't really care" attitude.
I'm going to get better and better at this so follow along
and watch what we "DO" not what I'm telling ya here. You might learn something. Hint: stay on the list...ha
ha!
In the beginning of this email I promised to share with you
some strategies that will help you build your business.
I think I've done that.
I've just touched the tip of the iceberg here but my wish
for you is that I changed your thinking.

I wanted you to have a clear understanding of what you must
do to succeed going forward. I hope I've helped in these past few pages.

However, we will not be around as much. Probably a time or
two a week. More if time permitted.
Many of my staff argued that we should just "do away" with
the FREE stuff.
