Do Your Customers Love You?<\/p><\/div>\n

There are two things I’ve been telling you for over a year.<\/p>\n

Yes, it’s taken a bit longer then I’ve thought for the market to catch what I’ve been shouting from the rooftops but both\u00a0of these concepts are now in full force.<\/p>\n

#1:\u00a0The days of the “Super Guru internet marketing experts” sitting behind a pretty desk, on\u00a0<\/strong>a green screen, selling $5,000 small business marketing strategies info products are gone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We live in a new society.<\/p>\n

Literally.<\/p>\n

More then ever people are rapidly becoming entrenched in there\u00a0little “Virtual World’s”.<\/p>\n

They are looking for “other ‘s” just like them.<\/p>\n

And…<\/p>\n

…they know they can find them quickly and easily.<\/p>\n

Your potential clients and customers could care less about what suit you are wearing or what your hair\u00a0looks like on camera.<\/p>\n

If you\u00a0resonate\u00a0with them.<\/p>\n

If you can “Friend” them.<\/p>\n

If you can get them engaged “In Your Story” then they will\u00a0become very loyal and let you into their little world.<\/p>\n

#2:\u00a0Hype is no longer effective.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

They’ve seen it all.<\/p>\n

And they are well aware that somebody somewhere else will give them even MORE value for 10 times less money.<\/p>\n

You can think place like the Warrior Forum and Click Bank this.<\/p>\n

Both full of hype and yet you can find tremendous value.<\/p>\n

“Give me just 17 minutes a day and I’ll guarantee that you will be<\/em><\/p>\n

earning $134,676 per month without doing any work at all”<\/em><\/p>\n

Pretty\u00a0hilarious\u00a0but this crap actually worked for a long time.<\/p>\n

Also…<\/p>\n

Because the Super Guru Crap and Hype no longer works…<\/p>\n

…Guess What?<\/p>\n

The days of the $3,000 Product Launches are dead as well.<\/p>\n

When is the last time you saw a launch that didn’t have a 6 – 10\u00a0payment plan attached to it?<\/p>\n

It’s been a while.<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n

Because people just won’t pay it anymore.<\/p>\n

The market has changed.<\/p>\n

THE BIG QUESTION!<\/strong><\/p>\n

If Hype, The Super Guru Formula, and The Big Dollar Product\u00a0Launch No Longer Works Then What Does?<\/p>\n

One Word: ACCESS!<\/p>\n

You’ve got to spend more time and effort in developing, nurturing\u00a0and maintaining relationships with your potential and existing\u00a0clients and customers.<\/p>\n

Some will have you believe Blogging is dead.<\/p>\n

Bullsh**&^!!!!<\/p>\n

I believe it’s the cornerstone of your success.<\/p>\n

Same with email…<\/p>\n

…again Bullsh**7^%<\/p>\n

Combine both of these with facebook, twitter, and wherever\u00a0else your customers hang out then you can be top of \u00a0mind.<\/p>\n

Just send a sales message every two weeks because your a\u00a0“Guru” and watch as your business dies a quick death.<\/p>\n

This doesn’t mean you have to use all the tactics mentioned\u00a0above.<\/p>\n

Seth Godin and myself rarely use Facebook.<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n

Because I don’t believe it’s worth doing if you don’t have the\u00a0time and effort to do it right.<\/p>\n

I don’t right now.<\/p>\n

I’m not going to farm it out to “John” in India pretending to\u00a0be me.<\/p>\n

It’s not fair to you and my business would suffer.<\/p>\n

I’d recommend you do the same thing.<\/p>\n

If you can’t put the time necessary into something then\u00a0wait until you can.<\/p>\n

Why?<\/p>\n

Because people want instant results and answers.<\/p>\n

Think about it for a second.<\/p>\n

If you post a question or response on a forum or facebook<\/p>\n

page how often do you hit refresh or “check back” to see\u00a0if you’ve been responded to?<\/p>\n

Most people do it at an excessive rate.<\/p>\n

So you need to be there in real time engaging and interacting.<\/p>\n

That’s what will win you customers for life.<\/p>\n
